A federal judge ruled that a biblically based denunciation of homosexuality was a “crime against humanity.”
In his decision in the case of Sexual Minorities Uganda (SMUG) v. Lively, U.S. District Court Judge Michael Ponsor held that Scott Lively, an evangelical pastor, was “aiding and abetting a crime against humanity” when Lively spoke in Uganda and in America against homosexual behavior.
Ponsor wrote in his 79-page opinion that Lively’s message was “analogous to a terrorist designing and manufacturing a bomb in this country, which he then mails to Uganda with the intent that it explode there.”
…Reading between the lines, it becomes apparent that the “criminal enterprise” in which Ponsor found Lively engaged was that of believing, preaching, and promoting Judeo-Christian morality in an age that glorifies ungodliness and exalts satisfaction of appetites above the sacrifice of self to the will of God.
This judge needs to find a new line of work. Since when did someone’s opinion become as dangerous as bomb-making? What a stupid comment.
Also from thenewamerican.com, “Christian Businesses Targeted Over Refusal to Serve Gay Weddings.” The article lists a number of recent incidents of gay rights advocates trying to destroy businesses. Think it’s serendipitous for the agenda that gay couples chose the businesses of conservative Christians to handle their weddings?
I don’t believe we’re aware of just how much the gay agenda is harassing Christians. For instance, who’s heard this from mainstream media talking heads: from charismanews.com, “Gay Lawmaker to Christians: We’ll Take Your Children”? According to the article:
Last week, [New Jersey governor] Christie signed A3371, a draconian piece of legislation that bars licensed therapists from helping children overcome unwanted same-sex attractions, behavior or identity. This law bans help for minors even when—as is so often the case—those same-sex attractions arise from childhood sexual abuse by the likes of a Jerry Sandusky…
Gov. Christie just signed into law a bill purporting to prevent harm to minors from change therapy, citing as the reason an APA report that admits there is neither research nor empirical evidence to suggest that change therapy harms minors…
Things get more sinister yet. Last Wednesday, New Jersey Assemblyman Tim Eustace, who sponsored the bill and is openly homosexual, bombastically compared change therapy to “beating a child” and suggested the government take children seeking change away from their parents.
Christie isn’t the first governor to sign this legislation. As the writer of the articles states: “The governor is one of three things. He is either ill-informed, politically motivated or stupid.”
What is the point of making “change therapy” illegal? This is similar to the attempts of the “pro-choice” agenda to suppress information about abortion alternatives and the reality of the horrors of abortion. Why do the pro-choice folks get so upset when a woman decides to keep her baby? Why wouldn’t the gay community want a child to find out that his or her true sexual identity is straight?
I have major libertarian leanings and don’t really care what others do amongst themselves. Therefore, I take great umbrage at the fact that the gay agenda is being used to try to eliminate Christianity and to destroy the lives of those with an opposing opinion. Jesus told us to turn the other cheek. It’s the devil that destroys.
It’s interesting that many of the global elite are pedophiles – see the Franklin coverup and the Jimmy Savile filth. And, if they’re really Luciferians, then they like child sacrifice too.
